A’Hernfitness is excited to launch "Rehab & Functional Strength Sessions" with Jen Ahern, a personal trainer with over 25 years’ experience. These sessions are designed for anyone recovering from injury, aiming to improve mobility, or wanting to move better in daily life.
Jen is known for her personalised approach and in-depth understanding of biomechanics. She collaborates directly with your physiotherapist, ensuring your rehab is seamless, safe, and consistent, bridging the gap between clinical care and real-world function.

How It Works
1. Initial Assessment: Your journey begins with a comprehensive assessment, where Jen gets to know your medical background, current capabilities, and goals. This ensures your program is safe, targeted, and fully personalised.
2. Program Development: Jen designs a bespoke plan that aligns with your physiotherapist’s recommendations, focusing on functional movements, safe progression, and your unique lifestyle.
3. Four (4) x 45 minute – Monthly Personal Training Sessions with Jen:
Enjoy one-on-one guidance in the studio, learning proper form, tips for injury prevention
4. Take-Home Programs: You’ll receive a detailed, easy-to-follow plan for home use, and strategies for ongoing improvement and progression. These specialised and customised take-home programs, allow you to continue your progress in the comfort of your own home/ or own gym. These programs are easy to follow, require minimal equipment, and are supported by clear instructions
5. Progress Review sessions available: Regular reviews with Jen can then be arranged, after the initial 4 sessions/ months, to ensure your program evolves as you recover and grow stronger.
