take home programs
Cant get into the studio but want to continue your health and fitness? Do you need to work from home?
If you would prefer to train on your own at home, or have a gym set up at home, we can help you by offering personalised programs so you dont even need to leave the house. This way you can keep up your fitness, strength and conditioning in the comfort of you own home.
No matter what equipment you have, we can make it work for you. We can even source and purchase some small equipment on your behalf, Equipment like bands, kettle bells, dumbells and swiss balls. All the essentail equipment you will need so you can continue training.
We are also looking at some new ways to bring you your very own “Virtual PT” experience, but more on that later.
