Improvments will be made also with your posture, balance,any knee pain and tracking issues plus your power, to climb hills and ride faster for longer.
Customise your 4 or12 week program to include :
one on one or one on two personal training, weekly, fortnightly or monthly
Personalised take home weekly gym programs ( up to 3 per week)
Personalised weekly periodisation and weekly plans
Scheduled social group rides with our team including Women’s Elite National and Oceania Champion Sian A’Hern and/or 2019 Junior World Champion Kye A’Hern
