f you ride, regardless of what level, off the bike strength training is important to improve all elements of your riding, bike handling, strength on the bike, endurance and performance

Improvments will be made also with your posture, balance,any knee pain and tracking issues plus your power, to climb hills and ride faster for longer.


​Customise your 4 or12 week program to include :

  • one on one or one on two personal training, weekly, fortnightly or monthly

  • Personalised take home weekly gym programs ( up to 3 per week)

  • Personalised weekly periodisation and weekly plans

  • Scheduled social group rides with our team including Women’s Elite National and Oceania Champion Sian A’Hern and/or 2019 Junior World Champion Kye A’Hern
