Group 1- Telopea Park, Manuka, every Tuesday and Thursday 12.30pm.Group 2- Wright Park, Queanbeyan, every Tuesday and Thursday 5.15pm.Join Jen for her group fitness sessions specifically designed for women who enjoy a small group fitness environment. Our women's group training sessions are similar to boot camp and also a great introduction to personal training, and at $180.00 for 6 weeks, this program very affordable, and will have the guys wishing they could join in to! Only $180 for 6 weeks - twice per weekor $120 for 6 weeks - once per week
