Heart Foundation Heartmoves is a gentle activity program suitable
for anyone who hasn't done any exercise in a while.
You can exercise at your own pace in a friendly enviroment.

Heartmoves is open to everyone and is designed to be safe for people withheartmoves

stable long term health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes and bone or joint problems.

 

The A'Hern Fitness Heartmoves sessions are Unique.

Small Group Personal Training, with personalised attention, with only 8 participants to a session, this is suitable for everyone!

Every Wednesday 1.00pm, at 82 Canberra Ave, Griffith.
More sessions will be added when this session becomes full.

$12 per session or purchase 9 up front and recieve the 10th session FREE

  • aerobic and resistance training
  • balance, coordination and flexiblity
  • options of seating during all programs
